A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.
Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house
tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening
Dear Ahmad,
It's great to hear from you. I am so excited to see soon. I just wanted to write a quick letter to tell you that apparently I will be outside my home in the morning until the evening. As we discussed last time we spoke, I am seeking for a part-time job and I have some job interviews at that moment. However, I will leave the flat's keys with my neighbor in the next apartment, his name is Ali and he will be available in the morning. His flat number is 45.
As you already know, I am living in the downtown, near The national library on SR road, so, my home is not too far from the train station. I will explain the best method to reach me, once you arrive to SC train station, ask anybody about the downtown bus stop which is beside the train station. Take the bus number 3 and ask the driver to drop you in AVR stop. Afterward, walk for 10 min in AS street until you find reach to the national library, my dwelling is just behind it. Anyway, just call me once you get there.
Oh, another think I wanted to mention, I will get back home by 8 pm, so you can take some rest until I get back again, then we will visit our uncle in his home, then, we will go to the cinema to watching the latest vesion of WE movie, and finally I will invite you to trying some Syrian meals in AS restaurant.
I look forward to catching up with you soon.
Thanks
Bilal
