I am writing this letter to inform you that one of my apartment room has just been available. Therefore, I will be extremely grateful if you could add it on your rooms list for a rent. I will be delighted to share some information about my flat. Firstly, it's located in the city center on ST street, near the National Library. There is a very big shopping mall called Panoram shopping center in front of our buildings.
The room is relatively large and consist of one sub room which might be good as dress rooms or study room. moreover, the room has a balcony with spectacular city view. The room also, well equiped with new electrical devices such as TV, hair dryer and steam iron. The bed is queen size, so the new tenant will have comfortable sleep.
my roommate and I are looking for someone like us, quite and helpful. Furthermore, it's preferable to be male and have valid job and most significantly to be non smokers as we do not like it at all.
