The pictures illustrate the alterations that took place at city hospital during a three-year period between 2007 and 2010.
It is noticeable from the maps that Ring Road, Hospital Road and City Road remained unchanged in terms of size and position throughout the given period. In contrast, the biggest change was the construction of separated car parks for staff and public. At the same time, bus stop had completely disappeared by 2010.
There was a construction of a roundabout in the southern area of the Ring Road while another one appeared at the conjunction of City Road and Hospital Road. In addition, six bus stops were demolished to make way for a bus station situated to the west of Hospital Road and connected with two roundabouts.
Car park for staff was located at the place where car park for both staff and public used to be. Meanwhile, a public car park, which is bigger in size compared to staff car park, was built in the east corner of Ring Road.
