suggest how the reception area could be improved
Dear Mr Smith,
Greetings for the day!
I am glad to hear from you that you asked me to provide some suggestions to improve the reception area of our company, so through this letter, I would like to represent some measures and issues that our company as well as visitors faced in previous time.
Please kindly allow me to elaborate on this concern. Firstly, I have been received many complaints about the board of inquiry counter that this board is not clearly visible due to the small font size. Secondly, the reception counter places on the left side of the entry gate; however, it is not seen when we fully opened the gate. Owing to this visitors are unable to get that place in a quick nap.
Not only this area play a significant role for visitors but also helpful for employees such as the employees whose job are related to work on the computer systems are able to concentrate on their work without the interference of public.
Hence, if we broden the font size of board, and switch this area in fron th of main door, then it will be visible to everyone. By doing so, visitors easily reach to that place without wasting there time here and there. Moreover, could you give us a permission to implement this plan at the earliest?
if you do this, then not only the visitors but also the wokers of company will appreciate this work.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Yours sincerely,
Amanpreet Kaur
