It is clear that the most striking feature of the chart is that nearly all categories affected the 18-30 age group more than people who aged from 45 to 60.
More specifically, opportunity for individual improvement having the greatest rate by the former at approximately 90 people, was roughly double that of the older group (40 people). Similar pattern can be seen at job security, easy working environment, chance for being appointed higher positions in the future while there was nearly no difference between two age groups opting for unite of team, job satisfaction, work environment salary at roughly 60, 50, 30 and 70 people, respectively.
Regard with the rest of categories, slightly more people in the 45-60 age group more than the younger one chose the element of competent chief and respect from colleagues at around 50 people and 40 people, respectively.
