Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about Tanzil bus service over its reliability which has been continuing over the last two weeks. Please allow me to explain the situation in more details.
I live at Kallyanpur and my office location is at Farmgate. During the peak-time (From 7 am to 9:30 am) I along with my other local people in our area have been facing difficulty to catch the Tanzil bus. The main problem we find is that the time-table of that bus is not appropriate. The bus comes generally every half an hour later or more over the last two weeks which was previously available
in 5 to 7 minutes interval. In addition, the bus is fully packed even though we know that this bus is sitting service.
For the above-mentioned reasons, we the people of Kallyanpur often find it difficult to attend the office on time. Moreover, school-going children also face the same problem to attend school as well.
Please, take necessary action on this issue. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Rahat Hussain
