Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter,
– say what the problem is
– describe the accommodation you thought you were getting
– ask the provider to solve the problem
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dis satisfaction with the accommodation provided to me.
Let me explain in detail, my name is sashi, I recently joined this university to pursue a 3 months course. However, I have been provided with a room which is far away from campus and also the room has no proper ventilation. Additionally I am unable to get my mobile signal while i am in the room.
When i applied for the accommodation through the university website, i thought the room will be provide inside the campus as i was new to this country as well as to the neighborhood. Furthermore, i expected a good ventilated room along with some basic amenities like wi-fi, a small study table and a bed.
In the view of this situation, i would like to request to arrange an alternative accommodation. I would like to have a small single bedded room with wi-fi and a study table and most importantly it should be in the campus. I am willing to pay extra money if needed for this type of room.
I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
sashia
