The diagram presents the process of producing smoked fish.
The flow chart indicates several steps of making and selling smoked fish. The first step is to get fresh fish. The workers catch the fish by net and deliver the fish to ports by boat. In ports the fish are frozen by ice and then thaw so they can be washed in fresh water. The second step is cutting open the fish and emptying them. After that, the fish meat will be preserved in salt water until they get yellow coloring.
These several steps provide a good preparation for the next step and also the most important process which is called smoking and in this step fish are smoked by firewood. Then these productions are packed by plastic boxes and frozen again to prevent of deterioration. At last, these smoked fish are stored in cold store and if are needed, they will be distributed by car and sell in fish shop.
