The chart depicts the percentage of donation given by British people among the years 1990 and 2010.
In 1990, the overall percentage of charity was high as compared to the percentage in the year 2010. The highest amount of donation has been given by the people of age group of 36 to 50 in the year 1990. On the other hand, in the year 2010, the percentage was maximun for the people of age group 51-65. The least amount of charity is done by the age group 18 to 25, which is 16% and 6% in the year 1990 and 2010 respectively.
The increase in the charity has been observed in the year 1990 for the age group varies between 18 -25 to 51-65. However, the increasing pattern changed and faced a decrease for the age group of 51 to 66 in the year 2010. People of age group 51-65 and >65 has given more charity in the year 2010 as compared to the year 1990. The percentage of charity for age group 51-65 was 35% and 39% in the years 1990 and 2010 respectively.
Overall, we can say that British people contribute a good percentage of amount in the charity.
