Write a response in which you discuss the extent to

The environment class="that">that class="young">young people lives in plays a vital role in their class="success">success in future. All people class="around">around class="them">them such as family, teachers, friends contributes to form their perspective and attitude class="toward">toward life. however, the question class="that">that living in a competition environment or in cooperation one class="is">is class="better">better for teenager's leadership skills has become a central topic of debate between educators. In my point of view, class="young">young people class="need">need to be involved in both those types of environment for the complete development because of 2 reasons.
First of all, nobody class="can">can be successful alone class="without">without class="support">support from others. Thus, teenagers class="must">must class="learn">learn class="how">how to stay hamorny with people class="around">around class="them">them, especially to their pair. No one class="would">would willing to give class="support">support to an arrogant and selfish person class="who">who class="would">would class="do">do anything to win. For example, in school, students class="need">need to class="get">get voted to be a class="leader">leader of the class or club. there are no opportunity for students class="who">who are pugnacious class="toward">toward their friends to be class="leader">leader. Another example of the class="need">need for cooperation class="is">is there are several tasks requiring team work in which people class="must">must master at working together class="without">without egotist. Therefore, class="young">young people require an environment in which people class="support">support each other to develop the right attitude class="toward">toward others.
Secondly, teenager also needs to experience in a sense of competition to motivate and inspire class="them">them to overcome themselves. The hunger of being the best and being respected class="is">is human nature. if class="young">young people class="must">must compete to be the best, they class="would">would push themselves hard to be class="better">better. For example, in a class, if students class="get">get reward because of their highest score in the exam, all of class="them">them class="would">would study harder and try their best they class="can">can. it class="is">is clear class="that">that competing helps class="young">young people to be a class="better">better version of themselves. however, some people argue class="that">that competition class="would">would lead to negative behavior. class="young">young people class="would">would have immoral actions to defeat others. it class="is">is true to a miror but not a majority. Moreover, to be a class="leader">leader in future, teenagers class="must">must class="learn">learn class="how">how to treat right to people, not only doing anything to win.
In conclusion, I believe class="that">that competition environment class="is">is as important as the cooperation one for the class="success">success of teenagers.
