The bar chart provides information about the percentages of young people who live in rented housing or are owner-occupiers in UK from 2004 to 2014 . From the first glance at the data, the home owners are likely to go down while the renters are likely to go up.
Taking a closer look at the bar chart, we can see a opposite trend. Within a decade, the ratio of home owners fell down considerably from just under sixty to just over one in three. Besides, the proportion of renters was around twenty percent in 2004; however, this percentage reached an high over ten years, with a rise of about a half. In addition, in two years, 2011s and 2012s, the number of young people buying houses and renting houses was approximately value. But only two years later, what can be drawn out is that the popularization of buying house was replaced by renting house.
