Looking at the chart for sodium consumption, dinner contains the most percentage of sodium, 43%. Lunch contains the second most proportion of sodium. Breakfast and snacks have equal percentage of sodium, 14% each.
Like sodium, saturated fat is also consumed the most in dinner, 37%. Lunch also consists of a significant portion of saturated fat, 26%. Snack also contains a substantial amount of it. Breakfast has the least percentage of saturated fat.
From the chart for added sugar, it is evident that snack contains the most proportion of it, which is 42%. At dinner, added sugar comprises 23% of the meal. The other two, breakfast and lunch, also have substantial amount of added sugar.
Comparing the data presented in three charts, it is clear that sodium and saturated fat are almost uniformly distributed among the meals other than dinner. Whereas added sugar is contained the most in snacks, which is a large percentage.
