I am writing to apologize that I will not be able to participate in the interview tomorrow for the following reasons. However, I intend to take the computer programming course in Cambridge University anyway.
Tomorrow morning I am leaving at 6:00 am for Almaty to join my brother's graduation from National University. I have tried to skip this event, but my family insistent on my presence. As a result, I have to change my plans regarding to our appointment. Nevertheless, it would be great, if you postpone it till the next week, so that I would not to miss the opportunity to enroll for the important course.
It would also be useful, if you share some details about the upcoming interview. First of all, I want to know how long it will last. I need to be aware of it in order to fit it in my tight schedule. Secondly, I would like you to say whether the meeting will require me to take an examination. This information would enable me to prepare well for it.
