Overall, planned Islip town Centre will be developed by area, which will had a car park, bus station and new roads.
At the beginning, current Centre of Islip have only one road, which names Main road. To the north and south of the Main road, we can see shops. To the north of the fist shop, we can see Countryside while to the south of the second shop, we can see two housings and to the south-east of the shop, we can look at the park. To the west of the second housing, we can detect the school.
On the other hand, the planned development of Islip town Centre will be modernized by range. Main road will be demolished, and renamed to Pedestrians only. First shop will be modernized to four structures, which will be named like: Bus station, Shopping Centre, Car park and New housing. To the east of the housing will be erected new housing. Park will be become smaller while school will be made bigger.
