From early years, I sought to be on a par with people who were older, stronger and more skilled. I used the opportunity to rise my aspiration growth to training and my active attitude to life everywhere. That brought me good qualities, including leadership and influence skills.
My leader skills appeared at first when I went for under graduation. I revealed my desire and aspiration to work out, so after completion of my secondary school education, I started attending training in Computer from the institute and, entered the SHJV college of computer science diploma This is where was awarded by the diploma for active-vital positioning in college life.
I have never been afraid to take part in competitions. I participated in more than a hundred Seminars and have more than 8 Appreciation Certifications awarded from Various Organizations. Besides, I participated in two challenging projects on programming at the IDEA labs contest level.
As a leader, I am passionate about organization activity. I had a fantastic opportunity to enhance my skills. I initiated to organize Tech Fests at my College with just five students. It was a difficult task with limited human and finance resources. Owing to my influence skills, I got financing and agreement for facilities utilizing from LITS college, and we had organized the event successfully.
Furthermore, those skills were assessed through initiation on FORGE club challenge organization while I studied at university. There was an issue when the club reputation fell and participants’ number reduced. Because of my skills to influence, more than a hundred students from my University and more fifty pupils from ten colleges participated in the challenge initiated by me, club participants count increased and part of pupils entered to study at my university.
From the last performances, my influence skills were success presentation at Radio Frequency Technology with a startup project Smartcard application for anti-theft, which I developed as a team leader and presenter. This application will protect from illegal business in various organizations.
With experience on leading projects, I took the opportunity to work for HCL organization as an associate engineer, in a little time by seeing my skills, Team has given me a promotion to Senior Analyst in IT Infrastructure. I utilized the opportunity and led the team of 10 members successfully for 2 years then for carrier growth I moved to Current Organization as a Technology Analyst. At present, I am leading a team of 15 members within the offshore location.
To sum up, leaders create chances to change their society and country, influences a group towards the goal achievement to refine life quality. As a young leader, I have good accomplishments, Chevening scholarship will move me forward, I’ll acquire new knowledge, which I bring back to my country to develop quality IT Softwares for various organizations.
