More and more people are relying on the private car as their major means of transportation.
Nowadays people are depending upon own car rather than using public transportation, because of that now we are able to see in a population city having congestion of roads. This essay will examine the main causes of using private car and a possible solution for traffic congestion.
The main problems will occur by using private cars is road blocks and air and sound pollution. When humans started buying cars for their own and roads are not extended, because in the metro city there is no space to extend. Everyone going to office by their own vehicle like in a cars they are traveling miles alone and everyone doing the same then there is no space on the road and it will be congestion <span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="will "></span>. For example, New York in US and Bangalore in India is the one of the<span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="the "></span>m fastest city in the world and every IT employee will travel in peak time to office and experienced a traffic congestion. This could result into air and sound pollution to the nearest neighbors. Furthermore, in the peak time itself it is recorded largest number of air and sound pollution because of that it could harm the patient in the hospitals in the city.
Some possible solution to these problems is that the people need to use public transport and car pooling while going to the office. By using public transport, there would be low-cost for them and the time taken travel to the destination in the peak time also less compared to when using their own cars. Despite waiting in traffic for a long time, people need to start using car pooling method and it is one of the efficient way inorder to cut the pollution in the city. Otherwise, people need to use an electric vehicle rather than that fuel cars. For instance, Bangalore is the one the city using car pooling and survey conducted by the government and the result enormously difference by 40 % of people are using car pooling in 2018 when compared to only 5% are using in 2014.
To conclude, using of private cars in the peak time by the people and it leads to traffic blocks and the pollution in the city. However, we can significantly lessen the congestion of traffic during peak hours by using public transportation and car polling will cut the amount pollution in the city.
