Overall, Most of the young people liked to speak Spanish only in addition to English in the given two years.
Furthermore, In 2000, The major proportion of speak optional language had been Spanish and it was 30% while the percentage of French and other language were similar and it was merely 15%. Indeed, 20% 0f students could speak only English and 10 percent British student had been spoken separately German and two other languages which were the least percentage of speak optional tongues.
However, When 2010, The number of proportion of speak Spanish which had exceeded others, two other languages, another languages were gradually increased by exactly 5% while the percentage of talking French and English were steadily diminished by 5% and 10% respectively. But, the quantity of speak German was not added anyone because it had been the same percentage in two years.
To sum up, In 2000 and 2010 were not completely similar and the proportion of students who were able to speak other languages in addition to English in England.
