You are attending a course at an evening school. Write a letter to the director of the school with a complaint about the course. In your letter, you should:
– Describe the course you are taking.
– Explain what you don’t like about the course.
– Give your opinion about what should be done about it.
Dear Mr Cameroon,
I am John from Brisbane pursuing the Integrated Computers course at your school. I am writing in regards to the inferior content this program offers.
As per the curriculum, the course was intended to advanced learners and experienced working professionals. However, I regret to inform you that upon enrolling I found the teaching modules are at a basic elementary level which was a huge disappointment to me and lot of fellow students. Added to this, the lecturer who teaches Artificial Intelligence seems to be less qualified and is inefficient in conveying the subject.
I request you to please review the course material and restructure it to advanced level as stated. I would also be grateful if the Institute could employ well-educated and knowledgeable resources to conduct the training programs for the benefit of all students.
If these measures would not be possible at the earliest, could you please arrange a refund of the tuition fee?I Look to forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
John Gresham.
