The recycling process of wasted glass bottles is depicted by the picture.

Overall, the process consists of three stages, starting from the wasted bottles collected by the collectors to the selling process in the market.

At the first stage of the process, after having been collected, the wasted glass bottles are moved to a warehouse and they are transported to the next stages using the lorry box. At the second stage of the recycling process, before having been sorted according to the colour which commonly no colour, green and brown, the glass bottles are washed by high-pressure water. After that, the bottles are sent to glass factories to be crush and it results in glass pieces. The glass pieces are burn in a furnace with the heat 600 – 800 degree Celsius, resulting in the recycled liquid glass. Then, a similar process applied for both recycled-glass liquid and new glass liquid. it is poured into the glass mould for the bottle shaping process.

Lastly, at the last stage, the bottles filled with the beverages liquid and the company logos is stamped outside the bottles, before they are transported to the market to be sold to the consumers.
