Overall, it can be seen that home owners were always higher than renters, except in 2013 and 2014, and that in 2004 and 2014 the percent of people who are home owners and renters respectively by far the largest.
Looking at the first data set, on owners of houses, in more detail, it is evident that percent of people who are home owners in 2004 was the highest, nearly 60% and from that the percent of home owners all fell in range to over 35% in 2014, except in 2007, which was slightly higher than year 2006.
Turning to the data set on house rent people, it can be seen that the percent of renters is the opposite to home owners. From 2004 to 2014 the percent of people who are renter were all rose in range of 20% to over 45% except in two years 2006 and 2012 which were slightly lower than two previous years 2005 and 2011 respectively.
