As can be seen, more green covers will be supplemented in the future. In addition, there will be not any library in the centre.
At the moment, there are two car parks in two top corners of the picture, however they will be cleared out to make way for a theater and a hotel and restaurant. In the north of the centre, a concert hall will stay intact and so will shopping center, it will remain its location at the present.
At the bottom of the maps, an exhibition hall situated in the southwest will be replaced by a council office as the new plan. An open park and underground car park will be constructed in the place of current office for council. To the southeast, a library will be flattened to give space for an exhibition hall
