The graph delineates the information on men and women employees across the globe including six nations namely Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, the UK and the USA in the years 1995 and 2005. Unit is measured in fraction.
As an overall assessment, it is explicitly observed that all the countries reveal that the employment ratio of male and female has been proliferated throughout of period.
In the preliminary stage, it is astoundingly true that the ratio of male employment was very high as compared to female in 1995 in Australia which was around 55% and 25% but after 10 years, the percentage of employment has been soared for both genders. Switzerland and Iceland show the most staggering proportion of employment for male in 1995 and 2005. New Zeeland and Australia show the ratio of employment for female almost the same for ten years. The UK, New Zeeland and USA were revealed similar rates of employment for male in 1995 and 2010.
