The bar graph illustrates the generation and usage of electricity of top ten countries in 2014. Overall, the most of the nation generate the surplus amount of electricity than their consumption except for a few nations.
While China was the highest producer and consumer of electricity, at 5398 kWh and 5322 kWh respectively, Korea was the lowest in production and consumption of electricity, at 485.1 kWh and 449.5 kWh respectively, among the top 10 countries. Interestingly, the combine electricity consumption and production of China and USA was more than the combine usage and production of the rest eight nations.
Although, most of the countries were generating more electricity than their necessity, the Germany was the only country who was consuming more electricity than it was producing. Moreover, Russian just managed to produce marginally enough electricity than needed; it had produced 1057 billion kWh of electricity against the usage of 1038 billion kWh.
The nations such as Canada, France, and Brazil manufactured more or less same amount of electricity, and their consumption patterns were also remained the similar.
