Dear Ms.Catherian
My name is Samvedna Puri and I am mother of Mohan Puri who is studying in 7th grade at your institution. I am inscribing this piece of epistle to notify you my willingness to join this three days trip to United States. As i am a professional and snatch very less quality time to spend with my kith and kins, hence this itinerary would be the impeccable opportunity to create the unforgettable memories with my child.
Since, It has been 5 years that i am practicing as child specialist in local government hospital and have valuable experience in such field. Undoubtedly, the health of youngsters is the imperative concern which can not be overlooked at any cost .Therefore, i can look after the children in case of any severe emergency through arranging the first aid facilities and this is how i can contribute.
It would be grateful if you provide me the necessary information regarding the timings of arrival and departure along with the dates of whole journey. So, i could take off accordingly from work. Furthermore, acquaint me with the weather conditions which may prevail over there during that time and this would assist in packing the essential commodities for untoward conditions.
Hope to hear from you very soon.
Your sincerely,
Samvedna Puri.
