Many people are involved in sports when they are young but stop once they are adults why do many adults stop doing physical exercise? what can be done about this problem?
Some people were linked with sports when they were youngsters. However, most people leave sports activities after achieving the state of maturity because of a shortage of time and love for dear ones in time of professional life. Likely, these are the reasons leading to this, the some solution should be considered to alleviate it.
To begin with, in contemporary times, you usually mature people do not have much time for physical activities in the professional world. Almost every professional worker wants to attain their targets to become successful in their career. Since pressure of achieving goals makes an individual highly occupied in their work, this results in a shortage of time for games. For example, research shows that due to a restless schedule in a busy lifestyle, people are unable to give time to physical sports. This leads to health complications at an early age.
Furthermore, grown ups want to spend valuable time from a hectic schedule with their families or friends at home. This time they mainly spend on indoor activities such as playing video games with children or organising social gatherings with their friends. Consequently, these may be the causes where mature people could not divert their time towards outdoor games.
Although, these challenges are a matter of concern nevertheless, there are remedial measures for this problem. Firstly, companies should initiate fitness camps on a weekly basis or establish sports halls for workers at workplaces where they can spend time for physical games. Though, some multinational enterprises have their own playgrounds or gyms, where their employees can give appropriate time for physical wellness. Secondly, employers and schools disseminate awareness among their employees and students about the significance of outdoor games and disadvantages of indoor games which negatively affect their health.
These types of efforts might promote adults to play outdoor games and information about detrimental effects of sedentary lifestyle.
Overall, it seems advisable that professional work load and affection towards dear ones in the globalised world seems to refrain individuals from outdoor sports. Apart from this, these problems could be solved with the joint cooperative efforts of companies and workers.
