You are a member of a sports club located in an old building. The manager asked you to suggest some improvements to the building. Write a letter to the manager.
Why is the club vital for you?
What improvements should be made in the building?
How these changes benefit the members?
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing in response to your notice asking members for suggestions to improve the existing sports' club building.
I have been using the sports club for the last ten years. The club not only has provided me an opportunity to keep myself fit and healthily but also I have made some good friends since joining it.
I would like to put forward some changes requiring to be implemented in the building. Firstly, the changing rooms need urgent attention because there is a graffiti on the walls as well as the plaster starts peeling off from the walls. Also, the floor tiles are cracked, accompanied by seepage from the underlying water pipe. Therefore, the changing rooms require immediate refurbishment.
Furthermore, the basement area of the gym could be converted into badminton court and could be used for engaging yoga classes.
The given changes undoubtedly provide more satisfaction to the customers and also would reflect the caring approach of the authorities to the members. Also, it will attract more youngsters to join the club, especially for yoga classes.
I am looking forward to considering my suggestions.
Yours sincerely,
Kuldeep Kumar.
