You recently organized all-hand meeting for your company, which took place in a hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked hotel but they were unhappy with the food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter say:
- say what participants liked about the hotel.
- explain why they were unhappy about the food.
- suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in the future.
Dear Sir/Madam
Our company had organized a meeting in your hotel last week. Although, meeting went well, but I am writing this letter to complaint about the food that was served during the conference.
All our members like your place a lot. They all were happy with space available in room, as it was not congested. Moreover, they also love that the hall was sound proof and an excellent sound system was also arranged by you. everything was going perfect until the our lunch arrived.
The hotel staff prepared bunch of dishes but majority of them were cold. It was seems like that they made it way before and serveing them at that time. Member of my company made a complaint about the soup that it was not heated properly and chicken was also half cooked. Even, there was no arrangement of cold water by staff and no beverage was served. It was an embarrassing situation for me at that time, as I was the one who was responsible to organise that meeting.
For future, I would suggest you to made the food maybe half an hour before they suppose to serve. so that they will not lose taste because of time. In addition to it I think your staff might need to taste the meal before presenting them, so that everything will work fine.
Your sincerely
Manvel
