Dear Sir/Madam
My name is john and I am a student of bachelor of arts 1st year in college. I am writing this letter to you to request new student identification card as I lost my old one last week.
I was in arts building last week as I had to attend some lecture there. I had my card till noon when I had my economics exam but when I left college and was on my way to bus stop I found out that it was not in my pockets and even not in wallet. I think I probably dropped it somewhere, I even asked lost and found department whether anyone deposit it there but no one did.
Right now I am in challenging situation. My exam is schedule to held next week for rest of the subject and for preparation I need to borrow some books from library but for that I need student card which I dropped by mistake. Even on test date I need student card to sit for an exam.
So, I am requesting you to please provide me new card as soon as possible. I would like to thank you in advance for my help.
