Imagine that a professor requires students to learn as much as possible about a subject in a short period of life. Is it better for the professor to require students to work together in a group or is it better to require students to work alone?
Learning in group and individually have respective fit in the different situation. In my opinion, if person have to learn faster in short time, a group work is more effective than sole work. I feel this way because of two reasons which I will explain in the following paragraphs.
First of all, a group work can encompass a large syllabus within a short time frame. They work together in the a different project simultaneously exchanging idea of the topics within the group. As a result, a group member can learn a different idea in the short time. In contrast, while doing individual work, only one mind works at a time. At that time, a colossal time is need to discover a diverse information. For instance, while in bachelor in engineering, once we were assigned to do an individual project work in irrigation project and other group work in structural design. In comparision, I took almost a week to complete my sole project in the irrigation, however, in a team work, we finished a work and learned about the methodology and theme of the work within two days. Therefore, if we have a short time to learn something in short time a group is highly appropriate because of a lot of mind working in the same thing at a time.
Secondly, doing the group work helps to learn in short time as it put off the pressure on the individual. In time pressure, a student cannot concentrate on learning a things and rather focus more in the completing a task. However, unlike a individual task , a team work haul the pressure in the person as the burden of the responsibility gets dissipate in entire member of the group. Consequently, people can exercise their creativity and learn any thing nonchalantly.
In conclusion, a group work is excellent way to learn many thing in short time as many people gather a lot of information in that time and it soothe a people mentality regard to the work.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
