The given chart illustrates the average percentages in typical meals for three types of nutrition in the USA. In general, it is apparent that breakfast has the lowest number of ingredients.
To begin with, dinner has a high percentage of sodium and saturated fat that could be harmful to our healthier. It is roughly around 40%. In addition, lunch has second place in having sodium and saturated fat. Besides, snacks have 14% of sodium and 24% saturated fat that could be in lower stages before breakfast that has a number 14% and 16% accordingly.
While the amount of added sugar is almost different from other ingredients. The snacks are on top of the list by 42%. Furthermore, the percentage of sugar of dinner is 23% besides sugar is added when we eat lunch is 23%.
Result in, because sugar is more dangerous than others, the USA nation should reduce their snacks meal.
