As far as the details are concerned, France produced Coal, Gas, and Petro more than any other energy source, each of which accounted for approximately 29% in 1995. On the other hand, the figures for Nuclear and Other were not as high constituting 6,4% and 4,9% respectively.

It is also conspicuous that a decade later, the production level of Gas and Coal remained stable at roughly 30% while that of Petrol experienced a moderate decline of more than 10%. On the contrary, a climb of nearly 4% could be observed in both Nuclear and Other energy manufacture.
