The chart below shows the process of waste paper recycling.
The given diagram details the step by step procedure showing how the waste paper is recycled into the usable form.
Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the entire process consists of six stages, starting with the paper collection, followed by sorting, transporting, cleaning, and de-inking to end with manufacturing the new paper to be ready to use once again.
According to the given illustration, to begin with, firstly, the unused papers are collected from different public paper banks and other businesses. After that, these papers are sorted and graded manually in order to discard the unsuitable ones. Then, the selected papers are transported to be delivered to the paper mill prior to entering the next stage of cleaning.
Furthermore, in the cleaning stage, all the waste products such as staples are removed while applying the pulping procedure. Later, inks and glues are eradicated by undergoing the de-inking step before being transferred for further manufacturing. In the end, this cleaned and de-inked paper is moved into the papermaking machine so as to create a new one.
