Overall, home cooking meals were highly preferred by the majority of residents in the past, however, the percentage of them have been equal with the eating out nourishments at the end of the time, when the fast-food reached a peak rather than the sit-down restaurant dishes.
To begin with, home-made foods were extremely prominent by 90 percent in 1970, when eatery meals were the least favored by only 10 percent among the individuals. Subsequently, this rate increased to 15 in 1980 and 35 percent in 1990, while home cooking made up 85 percent in 1980, 65 percent in 1990 respectively. The significant point was these two types of foods achieved a similar position by 50 percent in 2000.
Moreover, both of the dishes, which are fast-food and sit-down restaurants' meals were eaten in the monotony amount by 20 every year in 1970, then, they accelerated together during the 30-years period. However, sit-down places foods were more than the fast-foods by 32 each year, while fast-foods were consumed only 25 per year. An intriguing point was fast-foods reached a peak from 1990 by more than 50 every year and eaten 85 each year in 2000 when the ordinary meals were only consumed 50 per year.
