The given diagram demonstrate change over ten years, the students' satisfaction level to different facilities of the university.
Generally, the marking scale divide in five different parts, Teaching quality, Library resources, Student services, Student services, Range of modules offered and Sports and social facilities. Firstly, the resources of library not only got the highest grade between 2005 to 2010 but also present the most stable standard that student regrade. In the contract, there are the most significant improvement in student services with 41 percent progress through the students' feedback. The range of modules offered can be the least thing we should notice it and to enhance the rating student given, with the lowest percent respectively 39, 31, 25 percent in 2005, 2010 and 2015. Finally, good rating for sports and social were identical throughout, at 65 percent.
