Your mentor recommended you to learn a new language and gave you contact details of a teacher. Following his advice, you need to write a letter to the teacher. In your letter say
• What is your motivation to learn a new language ?
• How can the teacher help you ?
• When you will be ready to start ?
I got your reference from my English Teacher, Mrs Sangeeta; for learning the French Language. I am looking forward to settled abroad. By October, I might fly to Canada future progression. As I want to make my career into Technical Sales Engineer, it involves speaking and presentations for the clients. Along with English speaking population, many prefer French for communication in Canada. So to avoid in language barrier for my growth, I am keen to learn French
Currently, I am working as a Technical Sales Engineer, however, due to Covid-19, we are working from home. So after office hours, it would be better if you can take my lessons. By the end of June, I am planning to appear for French Language Proficiency Test. To get better grades, can you provide me the contact of one of your students?. That would be of great help to improve my linguistic skills.
By the end of December, I will be relatively free from work pressure, so by January, we can start as per your availability. For extra practice, I can be available on weekends as well. You can contact me on +91xxxxxxxxxx, for further discussion.
I am looking forward to your early response.
Your's faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
