Writing task 1
This pie chart illustrates how tourism in Australia and Germany have changed between 1960 and 2010.
It clearly shows how majority of the tourists in Australia changed from european to asian while in germany, europe remained as the main source of tourists througout the period.
in 1960, more than half of the tourists visited Australia were from europe which change drastically in 2010.Asian tourists increased by 53% while european tourists were reduced to mere 10% from 53%.
Less people visited Australia from USA and Britain in 2010 as compared to 1960.Visitors from USA dropped to 7% from 12% and for the british,it was a 5% decrement from 25% in 1960.
In contrast, in germany,europeans took the larger share of the chart though there was a slight decrease of 5%, from 45% to 40% during the time period.Asian tourists increased but not as sharply as they did in the previous chart.They went from 10% to 25%.Travellers from USA increased by 4% while the number of british visitors fell drastically.
