Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in regard of my missing camera. It did not come in the box I send to the resort through your logistic company. The box was sent on May 1st and supposed to deliver to the hotel on May 3th, but it arrived with delay two days later.
Talking about details, it is a brand new camera by Panasonic and costs me 500 dollars. It is a black device with a large screen and a set of professional lenses. On top of that, there were a charger and a spare battery in a separate package. I think that it was stolen on the train while I was traveling from the airport to the resort, because it still had a unbroken seal on it. However, as soon as it arrived at the reception, I was suspicious that somebody at the railway station had opened it, since the seal was torn off.
To be frank, I am really disappointed, as I wanted to take of a picture, while going sightseeing. Now I am at a loss as to how to do without my camera. I insist that you find it in hot pursuit as soon as possible or refund my loss.
Yours faithfully,
Tolegen
