The table above provides comprehensive information on the student survey result of McGill University’s facility quality in three different years: 2005, 2010 and 2015. In brief, three aspects: teaching quality, library resources and student services, experienced an upsurge of student number giving a good rating, whereas the remaining showed a steady pattern for the sports and social facilities, and a drop for the range of modules offered.
Concerning the three first aspects, they had a distinctly increasing level since the commencement of the survey in 2005. As seen in the tabular chart, a hike only occurred in the student services, jumping from 54 to 81 and finally to 95, in 2005, 2010 and 2015, respectively. Meanwhile, the library resource percentage elevated marginally by only 1 percent between 2005 and 2015. Next, although the teaching quality category had an increase in 2015, its rate initially descended by 2 points to 72 in 2010 before going up to 78 in 2015.
Contrarily, the sports and social facilities had been levelling out since 2005 at the rate of 65. Then, a continual decrease was demonstrated in the range of modules offered category. The rating of this aspect was different amongst others and hit its lowest score of 25 at the end of 2015.
