Making sugar by sugar cane
The figure depicts the method used to form sugar by sugar cane.
Overall, It can be clearly seen that the process by which sugar production from pure sugar cane is a linear multistage consist of seven stage growing, harvesting, crushing, purifying juice, evaporator, centrifuge and finally drying and cooling.
In the first step, sugarcane take about 12 to 18 months to mature, after sugar cane completely grow, it cut for harvesting seasons by using large car or cut it by hand with sharp knife. Following that, crushing machine is hired to applied the harvested sugar cane into this machine to make the juice.
Next, the juice pour into the limestone filter. In the fifth step the juice is heated to turn out to syrup through evaporation the juice, in the sixth step the centrifugal separate sugar crystals from the syrup that made in the fifth step. Finally the sugar done after the sugar crystals drying and cooling.
