Your friend is thinking about learning to drive and would like some advice.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• say why a driving licence is advantageous
• recommend a driving school
• give any extra guidance/tips
Dear Andrew,
I am really happy to hear that you are finally learning to drive. This will be a very life-changing experience for you.
Firstly, having a driving licence will be really advantageous for you. You will become very independent in terms of going to university, shopping for groceries, travelling around the city, etc. A lot of road restrictions will be waived off and you can drive your car without any hesitation.
Secondly, you need to search for good driving schools in the city that will give you better guidance on the driving rules as well as help you pass your theory papers. It is really necessary to have a good guiding instructor for driving as it could be dangerous if you are not fully aware of all the road regulations. I had learnt driving from DRIVE OFF driving school that is just down the Harbour Town. They have really well professional driving instructors who will teach you really well.
Lastly, to be more proficient in driving, I would recommend you to drive with someone from your friends/ relatives who is well versed with the driving rules once you finish your driving school lessons. Practice is the only key to a good driver.
I wish the best for you and hope you have an amazing time learning how to drive. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Love
Lucy
