The pie charts provided depict the proportion of volunteers by institutions over a period of 6 years from 2008 to 2014.
Overall, it is evident that the portion of volunteers by art and educational agencies decreased whereas the opposite was true of the remaining organizations from 2008 to 2014, and the figure for educational institution ranked in the first in 2008 while that of environmental agencie was the largest in 2014.
As can be seen from the pie charts given, the percentage of volunteers by educational organization in 2008 was the largest, with about a quarter (24%), which was higher compared to that of environmental and art institutions, with almost 21% and 18%, respectively. The figure for health care agency represented the minority, with merely 7%, which was 3 times lower than that of environmental organization. There was a similar proportion (15%) being distributed on sport and other institutions.
As far as the pie charts are concerned, there was a negative correlation between the figure for environmetal and that of educational agencies between 2008 and 2014, in which the former rose to approximately three in ten (29%) in order to rank in the first and the latter slipped to about 17%. The portion of volunteers by sport organization showed a surge to almost a quarter (25%), while the figure for art institution dipped to merely 12%. The figure for health care agency still ranked in the last, which constituted the minority, with approximately 8%. There was a fall of other organizations to about one in ten (9%).
