Looking from an overall perspective, all the figures fluctuated unstably throughout the time frame. Switzerland's figure for males in 2005 was responsible for the highest proportion in the survey.
Regarding the employment rate of males in 1995, it saw its figure peaked at more than 70% in Iceland, followed by Switzerland with 65%, which was 10% higher than in Australia. The proportion in New Zealand and the USA hovered around 50%. Meanwhile, this figure was recorded to the bottom at 55% in the UK.
There was a significant drop in the percentage of employment in all nations in the next ten years. To be precise, the rate of Iceland of Aus went down noticeably by 30%, and 35% was the decrease percentage of New Zealand. In the USA, Switzerland and the UK, their proportion fell by nearly 15%, 10%, and 5%, respectively.
On the other hand, the Ice land's proportion for females started at 80% then plunged half in 2005, while Switzerland showed a considerable decline in their figure from 77% to 67%. AUs and Iceland witnessed a moderate reduction to the same level of 28%, after having a trivial distance of 5%, with the former surpassed 70%. The UK and USA percentage also had more than 70% in 1995, slumped the level to 50% and 45% in turn.
