The first bar chart compares the change in computer ownerships from 2002 to 2010 and the second one shows the difference based on different educational levels between 2002 and 2010.
Overall, it is obvious to see increasing people who owned computers from 2002 to 2010, while a narrowing gap between percentages of lower educational level and higher one can be noticed.
Looking at the first image, there is a steady growth rate (approximately 2%) for every two years in terms of computer ownership in the 8-year time, rising from 58% in 2002 to 69% in 2010.
According to the second graph, an increasing number of people from all levels of education had computers during this time period, while the change for those who had no high school diploma rose the most, from 15% in 2002 to 42% in 2010.
More customers for computers were with high school graduate or incomplete college, with the increase of about 30%, from 35% to 65% and 55% to 85% respectively. A significant amount of people who had higher education purchased computers, with slight rises from 65% to 85% for undergraduates and 70% to 90% for postgraduates.
