The three pie chart illustrates the proportion of unhealthy nutrients like sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar intake of the average American person in daily meals.
Overall, the major amount of sodium and saturated fat intake during dinner time and minimal with breakfast. Whereas, snacks contain a great amount of added sugar.
Regarding the first chart, sodium consumption was 43% with dinner and 29% with lunch. Whereas, snacks and breakfast have only 14% of sodium consumed with a person in the US daily.
However, saturated fat and added sugar intake was approximately 37% and 23% respectively with dinner. However, snacks account for a major intake of added sugar with 43%, which is 21% by saturated fat. Moreover, lunch contains around 16% of saturated fat and added sugar.
