The process commences with wasted glass bottles being collected to a collection point before being transported by a specialized truck to the next step. At this stage, high-pressure water washes the bottles. They are then moved to a glass factory after being sorted by color into three types, brown, green and clear
Subsequently, the glass bottles are broken down into pieces which then undergo a burning stage in a furnace with a temperature ranging between 600 to 800. The material is heated to melt down to liquid, together with new liquid glass forming bottles in glass moulds. Finally, this procedure finishes with the material being bottled to become ready-to-use products that are in sale in supermarkets
