the process of making clothes from recycled plastic bottles
The diagram gives information about how clothes are manufactured from recycled plastic bottles.
In general, there is a total of 13 steps and including three main stages collecting bottles from garbage dumps, weaving, and finally completing products like t-shirts and jeans.
Firstly, being gathered from different garbage collection places, these plastic bottles are delivered by garbage trucks to recycling factories. After that, workers sort bottles manually and send them to the crashing machines to cut into small pieces. Next, the cutting pieces are rinsed with washing equipment and dried for 10 hours.
The next stage is melting small plastic pieces and pouring this liquid into tube molds. Yarn is produced and sewed into rolled cloth, which is then
processed into end products, namely t-shirts, food containers, and bags.
