The diagram shows the process of plastic bottle recycling
The diagram illustrates about the recycling process of plastic bottles.
Overall, this cycle consist of discarding plastic bottle, followed by collection, sorting, then enter compression and crushing stages to form raw material which is subsequently use for production of various products.
At the beginning discarded plastic bottles are collected in garbage bins meant for recycling and carried to the sorting centre by garbage trucks. They are then sorted depending on suitability to form blocks by a mechanism of compression. Later these are crushed by a dedicated machine, so that small plastic pieces are formed which then subjected to cleaning by ample amounts of water.
The next is the formation of plastic pellets through a specialized machine. These pellets are then heated to very high temperatures to produce raw plastic. Finally these plastics are used to reproduce bottles, boxes, t shirts, pencils and recyclable bags which also reenter the same recycliclical process.
