As is illustrated by the chart, the gross domestic product is divided into 2 sections (IT industry, service industry) during the period from 1992 to 2000. It is measured by percentage.
Overall, both of them rosed as a percentage of GDP, but IT industry remained at a higher rate throughout the abovementioned period.
At the beginning of the period, in 1992, the service industry was at level 4 percentage of GDP, while IT industry exceed this level over 6 percentage. During the upcoming four year, both of them were slightly different, and they staying between 6 per cent and around 8 per cent. In contrast, they slumped slightly from 1994 to 1996.
Also, from 1998 to 2000, they were totally different from each other. The percentage of GDP from IT industry went up to level 12, and reached its peak over 14 per cent in 2000. However, service industry remained around 8 approximately.
