The two diagrams explain the way how cement is made and how this cement could be utilized to make concrete for building purposes. Two raw materials and four equipments are used in cement making process which consists of 5 stages. Concrete production process has only one stage and four raw materials are used.
At the beginning of cement production, limestone and clay are put into a crusher and this may result in a powder. This powder is then mix in a mixer before it goes through a cylindrical rotating heater. After this stage this powder is placed into a grinder and the final product called cement is paced in large bags.
There are four materials which are used for concrete production and they are used in percentages in a single stage process. Cement (15%), water (10%), sand (25%) and gravel (50%) placed in the concrete mixer. The final product namely concrete is then used for construction of buildings.
