The diagrams show the stages and equipment used in the process of cement making and how cement is used to produce the concrete for building purposes
The diagrams illustrate the actual procedure of making cement and concrete in which process has follow several stages.
Having a look on the production of cement, the first step involved limestone and clay both are gathered and material hand over to the crusher and sometimes after this material ready for the form of powder. The next stage is a mixer, with the help of mixer, material passed through the rotating heater because it perduce heat .After having the experience of mixing sand and then grand with grinder.The final step is, all material obtained in the form of cement and being packed in bags.
Moving to the concrete production, there are four components used in this process. First one is a water, it used only 10% while, the quantity of the cement is a less than half and other two ingredients, gravel used 50% but the uses of sand is half as compare to the formal. At last all material pour into the concrete mixer and it gives a straight position.
